Llandudno ‘The Queen of Welsh Resorts’ is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Known for being a heavenly spot where the mountains meet the sea, quite unlike any other. Its uniqueness, protected status and abundance of attractions draw visitors from far and wide. 

We are within walking distance to many of the town’s coveted attractions and also provide the perfect hub for exploring the surrounding area too, from top rated theatre venues, Snowdonia Mountain range, a raft of watersports, Castles aplenty, the largest outdoor ski slope, the longest Zipwire in Europe, to boutiques, independent coffee shops and fine restaurants.

Frequently Asked Questions

Reservations are confirmed on receipt of your reservation by email or by phone. Bookings must be paid by acceptable and valid credit card or bank transfer.

Rates quoted are correct only for the specific number of guests, nights and dates shown. Should you change the number of guests, dates or room nights, then the rates are subject to change.

We have a minimum stay of 2 nights. One night stays are at our discretion, so please contact us directly for consideration.

We welcome up to two small – medium well-behaved dogs, or one larger breed dog.
There may be additional cleaning fees for this.

We do not allow pets to stay at Lonsdale House.

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Depending on availability, later check out and earlier check in may be available. Please contact us to request this and we will do our best to accomodate.

All of our properties have a lock box where the key is stored and the code for the lock box, along with all of the other check in details will be emailed to you two days prior to your arrival.
We welcome children to our accommodation and provide a high chair and travel cot on-site. Stair guards will be provided where required.
Yes, we provide free Wifi which is stable and fast. All properties have smart TV’s so bring your Netflix/Amazon/Disney login to carry on with your favourite series where you left of. Just remember to log off before you leave.

There are local convenience stores, bakeries and coffee shops all within a couple of minutes walk. If you wish to access larger stores, such as Marks and Spencers, Asda and all the high street shops these are a 5 minute drive away.

We provide Tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits in your welcome pack.

No, we supply clean bed linen and towels for your stay.

Thank you for asking! Yes, we do. Treading sand through the house makes extra work for you during your stay and for our cleaners when you leave. We’d really appreciate if you left your sandy boots and all sandy items at the door.

Lonsdale House has private off Road Parking.

On-street unrestricted parking is available at all other properties – usually right outside your door.

No, all of our properties are non-smoking. Due to fire risk and respect for future guests, if found to be smoking inside the property an on the spot £200 fine may be issued.

No, out of respect for our neighbours we do not allow parties.

We do understand that accidents MAY happen and it is inevitable that the odd glass or plate gets broken but please do let us know so that it can be fixed or replaced in time for the next guests.

It is sometimes reasonable to expect to pay for more serious damages and breakages such as incidents to carpets, broken windows etc.

All of our properties are located close to Llandudno town centre and within a 10 minute walk of Llandudno train station and main bus routes.
